The Northern Women's Convention
The 2009 London Women's Convention will take place at The Armitage Centre, Manchester, on Saturday 10th October 2009.

Paul makes this confident declaration which is wonderful but we often find it hard to share in this confidence. This year at the Northern Women's Convention Di Warren is joining us to encourage us to be Unashamed before God and the world because of the great news of the gospel. Di has spoken at many women’s conventions in Australia and we are thrilled that she is coming over here to teach us.
Even when we are confident that the gospel is God’s power for salvation we can find it hard to communicate it and lose confidence in our ability to explain it or answer questions. So this year we will have a range of seminars which will complement the main talks to help us be better equipped to share the gospel with others. In our seminars we also have the opportunity to consider how to serve Christ in some of the various situations in which we live including hearing about gospel ministry in Europe.
The Northern Women's convention is a great opportunity for Christian women from many different churches to meet together and encourage one another so that we will be unashamed of the gospel. I am confident that as we sing God’s praises and listen to his word we will rejoice that we are in Christ and want to declare His praise to our world.
