Check out our updated Resources page where there are now samples MP3 downloads of great talks from previous London Men’s Conventions. Talks available are by Richard Coekin , Vaughan Roberts, Simon Manchester and Dick Lucas.
If you have missed a year why not buy the set for that year and listen?
If you were only able to be in one place at once and missed a seminar you can catch up.
If you enjoyed a year why not buy a copy and give it to a friend and encourage them to come along?
There is also a full list of previous London Women’s Convention talks which would make excellent gifts!
Talks, seminars and all the men singing are available to be ordered on both audio CDs and MP3 sets through St Helen’s Media.
With just over two weeks to go tickets have been selling rapidly and many areas of the Royal Albert Hall are now almost sold out. The good news is there are still some seats up in the circle area where groups can sit together - and for excellent prices!
Circle seats are £25 each.
Restricted view circle seats (on both the left and right sides of the stage in the circle) are £17 each.
If you are a student this price drops to just £13 each.
The best way to check availability for any seating area is to look online at the Royal Albert Hall website. To book at the student rate you will need to call the box office on 020 7589 8212.
Al Stewart will speaking on the truth about heaven and hell at this year’s Convention on Saturday 29th March. Watch him here as he advertises this year’s Katoomba Christian Convention!
The Convention exists to encourage men to live for Christ and return to our homes and churches recharged to serve Him. We need to ask God for his grace to achieve this aim! Let’s pray for this to happen for ourselves and for each other.
How can we pray? Specifically we could pray for three areas:
1 The preparations
For the church reps as they organise groups and for guys as they invite friends and family.
For wisdom for the LMC committee as they finalise details for the day.
For the three speakers Vaughan Roberts, Al Stewart and Rico Tice and also Stuart Townend as they prepare their talks and music.
2 The day
For us to hear the Word of God taught faithfully and for us to listen with obedient hearts and minds.
For men to praise the living God as they hear the Gospel message and its importance clearly proclaimed.
For men to be encouraged to live for Christ!
3 The return
For us all to return safely to our homes and churches recharged.
For God to use the Convention to bring lasting change in men all over the UK.
For the book and audio resources to continue to bless individuals and small groups long after the day itself.
“Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer.”
There has been high demand for the discounted student seats at the rear of the arena and we are now extending the same price to the ‘restricted view’ areas on the left and right in the circle (the seating level above the boxes). These discounted seats can only be bought through calling the Royal Albert Hall box office (02075898212).
