Following our earlier posting, and a subsequent final surge of sales, the Early Bout of the London Men’s Convention on Saturday March 17 is now sold out.

However, there are plenty of tickets still available for the Late Bout (4.00 – 9.00pm).  The two events are identical and we trust that any who were unable to get tickets for the Early Bout will be able to come later in the day and join with us then. We long to see both sessions full to the rafters with men coming under the sound of God’s Word and singing his praises.

Just a line to confirm that the seating at Westminster Chapel for LMC 2012 is unreserved so seats will not be allocated at the point of booking, but rather on a first come, first served basis on the day.

We are pleased to be able to announce further details about the 2012 London Men’s Convention.  This will take place on Saturday March 17, 2012, at Westminster Chapel, following a new early / late format.  The event will be called “The Fight” and will focus on the battles that Christian men face against the world, flesh and devil….

We are thrilled to welcome back the straight-punching Australian evangelist, pioneer church-planting Bishop and inspirational men’s speaker, Al Stewart. He will challenge us to resist the lies of this world and the desires of our flesh.  Our own Richard Coekin, London-based pastor and church-planter, will bring some refreshing clarity to the controversial issue of satanic opposition!

LMC 2012 retains its core commitment to quality Bible-teaching, heart-warming fellowship and rousing praises but now at a more affordable price.  Tickets will cost £18. Recognising that many are presently struggling financially, we think it right this year to stand with each other by opting for a cheaper but inspiring venue: Westminster Chapel (where God brought so many to salvation in the second half of the 20^th century through the preaching of Dr. Martyn Lloyd-Jones). With the travel benefits of a central London venue (and the Royal Albert Hall likely to be unavailable to us until at least 2014) the Chapel is ideal for a more modest event.

The new early (10am – 3pm) / late (4pm – 9pm) format of two repeated conventions on the same day provides great options.  You choose which time suits you best!

With the London Women’s Convention looming in a few days time, just a very swift note to announce that the 2012 London Men’s Convention will take place on Saturday March 17.  The date now confirmed, there are just a couple of cross-checks to make with venue / speakers etc before we can release those details.  The website will be updated as soon as possible but, for now, please save the date in your diaries!

Just a line to confirm that we haven’t forgotten the London Men’s Convention 2012!  We have not yet been able to announce a date because of complex ongoing venue negotiations but as soon as these are completed, we will let church reps know by email, as well as updating this website.  We would very much value your prayers as we work through this process, and we greatly appreciate your patience.  We are very aware that many churches are looking to finalise their Spring programme for next year and promise that we will get a date out to you as soon as we are able!

The helpful, encouraging and thought provoking talks from the hugely appreciated 2011 London Men’s Convention are now available to order on CD.  These are being prepared for us by St Helen’s Media and the current due date for shipment is from June 16.

We also hope to make downloads of individual talks available for a small charge in due course – we had to pay a significant fee this year to obtain permission to record in the Royal Albert Hall – and are in discussion with St Helen’s Media about this.
