We continue to look forward greatly to the London Men’s Convention tomorrow (Saturday).  There are still tickets available for the Late session.  Click here to book.  Online bookings will remain open until 10.00pm this evening (Friday) but the telephone booking line (0333 123 0880) will close this afternoon.  Tickets purchased today will be available to collect on the door tomorrow.

It will also be possible to buy tickets in person on the day at Westminster Chapel for the Late session only. These can be bought at the Convention reception desk.  All Late session tickets cost £19.  We hope that you will be able to join us!

We are looking forward very much to the London Men’s Convention on Saturday (18^th).  Please pray for the event, that God will be honoured in all that we do!  Tickets are still readily available for the Late session (4pm – 9pm).  Please click here to book tickets online.  Any tickets purchased after mid-afternoon on Tuesday (14th) will not be posted out, but rather will be available for collection at the Convention reception desk on arrival at the Chapel on Saturday.

There are just a handful of ticket “returns” for the Early session (10am – 3pm).  If you cannot attend the Late session and want to enquire about these, please ring the Convention office on 0845 225 0899 or email info@christianconventions.org.uk.  The remaining returns will be processed on a first-come, first served basis.

As last year, all Convention delegates will be given a bottle of water and a snack-sized pack of biscuits on arrival at Westminster Chapel as part of the ticket price.   The logistics of time, space, delegate numbers etc mean we will not be able to serve any tea / coffee on site.  There are of course cafés in the locality for those who would like to buy a tea or coffee during the break times, especially at the time of the Early session.

As all Convention ticket purchasers are aware, you will need to make your own arrangements to bring any further food or drink needed, although of course many of you may be planning to eat pre or post-event with church friends.

We have hired 2 halls at the back of the Chapel for the break times to allow people to mill and eat sandwiches etc.  The capacity of those 2 rooms would not allow everyone to fit in but hopefully that will sort itself naturally, with many going for a wander outside etc.  St James’s Park is just a couple of minutes walk away and is open until midnight!  It is not permitted to eat in the Chapel auditorium itself, although you can drink water in there.

There are some cafés and food shops in the vicinity, all within 10 minutes walk.  For example, there is a Marks and Spencer between the Chapel and Victoria station (open until 8pm), along with many food outlets in the station itself.  There is also a late-opening Subway (11pm) in Strutton Ground, which is a 3-4 minute walk from the Chapel. 

The Early session of the 2013 London Men’s Convention is now full and unfortunately no further tickets are available at this time.  There are still plenty of places left in the Late session and we hope you will be able to join us then.  Please click here to book for the Late (4pm – 9pm) session.

Just an update on ticket sales for the 2013 London Men’s Convention as we approach Easter.  The Early session is now just over two-thirds full; there is greater availability for the Late session.  Tickets can be booked online via The Good Book Company here, or by phone on 0333 123 0880.  The Good Book Company phone lines are open Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.

The Christian Conventions administrative office will be closed between March 29 and April 15 but this will not affect ticket sales via The Good Book Company as above.  The online booking website will be updated in that period with any key news items relating to ticket sales.

We are very much looking forward to LMC 2013, to be held on Saturday May 18.  Richard Coekin, the Convention Chairman, is just finalising arrangements with our speakers and full details about the day, content, timings etc, will be posted on the website as soon as possible.  We anticipate opening ticket sales during February.

With the Olympic-inspired summer break still upon us, just a line to announce that we plan to hold the 2013 London Men’s Convention on Saturday May 18.  We are now in the process of making final arrangements and as soon as we are able to release fuller information about the day, we will update this website.  In the meantime, please save the date in your diaries!

The world talk is from the Early session, the other two from the Late.
